Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. We will ship worldwide but you need to contact us first for a shipping quote.
If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote. Your products may be shipped from separate suppliers, and packaged separately upon delivery, for your convenience and the quickest delivery possible.
You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping and restocking fee for canceled orders. We cannot accept used or washed items for returns. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number.
All claims must be filed with the carrier.
A restocking/cancelation fee of 25% may apply when the order is canceled after processing.
